Home visits are only for housebound patients. If there is any way you can get to surgery, for example, if a friend or relative can bring you, this would be appreciated. Clinical time is valuable and home visits do take longer and the surgery is best equipped for medication examinations.
However if you do require a home visit please call the practice as soon after 8am as possible on 01924 403061. Our receptionist will take down the details. A clinician will then call you first to understand what you need.
